Guest house “Avena” is located in the resort village of Banya, known for its warm mineral water, clean mountain air and a peaceful place to rest. It is located at the beginning of the village, in close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, a children garden and a bus stop.

The place is peaceful, with a magnificent view of Pirin mountain, with a pool with mineral water. The pool has hydromassage jets and measures 3 m x 6 m. The water temperature is from 30 to 36 degrees depending on the season.

The living room is large and has a view of the pool and the mountain. It has a kitchen, dining room and living room. The sofa is large, with the possibility of stretching. The kitchen is equipped with all household appliances – hotplates, oven, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, grill, grill for sandwiches.

The house has two bedrooms, with large wardrobes and separate bathrooms with toilets. Each bedroom has a small sofa bed. The maximum capacity is 4 adults and two children up to 12 years old.

Accommodation with pets is allowed only if they are well behaved.
The yard of the house is spacious, soothing greenery with space for children’s games.

Leaving the house is until 12 pm., and check-in – after 2 pm.
